出行信息传递效用与模式分析

为了揭示出行信息的传递效率，并为出行信息的传递模式设计提供理论支持，从出行全过程和城市交通系统的角度，详细分析了出行信息的内容及特征。对国内外相关研究进行的系统分析表明：通过获取充分的出行信息，出行者可以做出最优行程安排，从而提高出行效率；对交通系统管理者而言，良好的出行信息传递能够提高网络的整体运行水平。在此基础上，从总体规划、信息发布策略和效用评估3个方面提出了出行信息传递模式的设计原则，并对目前我国城市出行信息的传递模式进行了详细分析，指出了存在的主要问题和改善途径，为ATIS的建设和评估提供了理论采础和评价方法。
