| 摘 要： | 基于现代通信和信息技术的船岸信息系统,可以改变一切依靠人力与手工处理的船舶常规管理手段。船岸通信软件平台是将船舶和岸基局域网中全部或者部分数据采用标准化的格式进行传输,该通信软件平台具有集电传、传真和电子邮件等功能于一身和双向同时高速数据传输的优点,为船岸共同管理、提高管理可靠性提供了保证。

The Design of Communication Software-Interface Based on INMARSAT-C |

| Abstract: | Based on the modern communication and information technology,the ship-shore information system may change the manual process of routine ship management methods. Ship-shore communication software-interface transfers the standardization data,which come from the LANs of ship and shore. The software-interface has the advantages of multi-service and two-way high-speed transmission on telex, fax, and email that ensures ship and shore management together and higher management reliability. |
