具有安装偏差的弹性通舱管件隔振性能仿真分析

摘    要:在对DN32弹性通舱管件具有安装偏差进行隔振性能试验的基础上,应用ANSYS商业软件对DN32弹性通舱管件具有与试验相同安装偏差值时的隔振性能进行仿真计算,采用与试验隔振性能相一致的评价指标,计算值与试验值比较表明,二者吻合良好。

Abstract:Based on the vibration isolation experiments,the vibration isolation performance of the DN32 elastic pipe element passing through bulkhead with the installation deviation was simulated by Ansys.Adopting an evaluation index as the experimental of the vibration isolation,the simulation results were as good as the experiment values.
