摘    要:传统舷门安装方法是将舷门作为单一设备制造,上船台装配时难度大,周期长。为此,提出一种新的舷门装焊工艺。新工艺是将舷门与周围外板结构作为一个曲面板架组合件与门框、门板整体制造。该工艺应用于3 000 t海监船建造中,把舷门在船台装焊提前到分段装焊,效果很好。

Abstract:The traditional method is build the gangway door as a single facility and mount it at berth,it is difficult with long period.A new fabricating and welding technology was set forth,in which the gangway door and related hull structure were built as section of camber frame.This technology was applied in shipbuilding of 3 000 t customs boat.It was proved this method has great significance of curves controlling,ensuring the fabrication quality and shortening the period of shipbuilding.
