摘    要:介绍肋板拉入装置的组成及功能,使得电气控制系统的设计实现了电动机的无级调速控制。利用变频器、PLC编程实现控制方案,从而提高肋板拉入位置的精度。

Abstract:Through the design of electric control system for the ribbed plate pull-in apparatus,the step-less speed regulation control for electric motor was implemented.The converter and PLC programming were used to achieve concrete control scheme to improve the precision of ribbed plate pull-in position accordingly.
