110kV单芯高压电缆护套环流抑制措施

摘    要:110 kV单芯高压电缆护套环流的产生危及电网系统安全运行。为此,需采用行之有效的措施对环流加以抑制。采用ATP仿真软件对电抗器抑制方法进行系统仿真,并根据系统继电保护要求对电抗器进行电磁参数和动热稳定设计、试制、试运行。电抗器方法的使用在国内尚属首次。计算及试运行的结果表明:该方法抑制环流效果明显。局限性:当三相不平衡时,电抗器不能补偿相位。本方法对单芯高压电缆护套环流问题的处理具有实用、推广意义。

Control Method for Ring Current of 110 kV Single Core High Voltage Cable Sheath
Abstract:The generation of the ring current in 110 kV single core high voltage cable sheath endangers the safe operation of the power network system. Therefore, effective measures should be adopted to restrain the ring current. ATP simulation software is used to simulate the reactor's suppression method, and the electromagnetic parameters and dynamic thermal stability design, development and trial operation of the reactor are designed according to the requirements of the power network relay protection. The use of the reactor in China is the first time. The results show that the effect of this method is obvious by the calculation and test running. Limitations: when the three-phase unbalance, the reactor can not compensate the phase. This method has practical significance for the treatment of the ring current problem of the single core high voltage cable sheath.
