| 摘 要： | 最新国际海事组织(IMO)关于引航员登离船装置国际规范的公布实施,对相关现行国际标准与规范产生一定的影响。为了更好地应用实施,从新规范对引航员登离船装置设计和实施的国际标准等方面产生的主要影响,以及新规范与巴拿马运河管理局的规范对引航员软梯和引航员舷梯的不同规定等方面进行具体对比研究与归纳,并结合实际进行相关应用说明,为设计方更加合理设计引航员登离船装置并启发创新应用有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | The establishment and implementation of the latest IMO international regulation of the pilot on/off board equipment have some influence on the relevant international standards and regulations. For a better implement ation of the new regulation ,this paper discusses the influence of new regulations on international standards of the design and the implementation of the pilot on/off board equipment. It compares and summarizes the different provisions of the pilot hoist and ladder by the new regulation and the Panama Canal Authority Legislation. It also explains the relevant application with the consideration of reality,which an important significance for the designers to make more reasonable design of the pilot on/off board equipment and inspire the innovative application. |
