七挡自动变速器建模与仿真

摘    要:通过对某型自动变速器的不同换挡执行元件的组合,得到了该变速器各挡的运动规律和各个工作元件之间的运动关系,并对此传动规律进行分析,在此基础上并基于仿真软件AMESim与Matlab/Simulink建立了七挡自动变速器传动系统模型,通过联合仿真,对该型自动变速器模型进行了验证,仿真结果表明此模型的传动规律完全满足实际情况。通过此建模与仿真的过程,得到一种针对此型自动变速器建模的新方法。

Abstract:Through the combination of the different shift implementations in the automatic transmission, the research try to find the motion relationship and the rule in the each gear position. Then based on simulation software AMESim with Matlab/Simulink established a seven-speed automatic transmission in the model and through co- simulation, the automatic transmission mode/is validated. The results show that the transmission of this model rule fully meet the actual situation. Through the process of modeling and simulation, a new method for the automatic transmission of this type of modeling.
