汽车发动机机油泵壳体加工工艺优化

摘    要:以TU5JP4汽车发动机机油泵为研究对象,其主要使用在神龙汽车有限公司系列乘用车发动机中。在该款机油泵加工制造过程中,壳体是其主要加工部件,所占生产时间最长,是影响机油泵的整体生产效率的主要要素。对现有机油泵壳体加工工序做了分析并进行了时间测量,每件产品加工时间为597s;采用更改刀具和工艺参数以及更改毛坯设计的方法改进后,每件产品加工时间缩短为463s,该改进为有类似结构的机油泵壳体加工提供了参考。

Abstract:Taking TU5JP4 automotive engine oil pump as research object,which main use in series passenger car engine for the Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. In the oil pump manufacturing process, the shell is main processing member percentage which occupies the longest production time. Meanwhile the shell is main elements of the impact of the overall production efficiency of the oil pump. The existing processing operation of oil pump shell were analyzed and measured the total machining time, the total machining time of each product was 597 seconds. After the improvement of change cutting tool and process parameters and blank design, the total machining time of each product is reduced to 463 seconds. The improvement provides the reference for the similar structure of oil pump shell.
