| Abstract: | Some advanced technologies in energy saving and exhaust decreasing are used in Shanghai Port. For example, some improvements such as electricity changed from oil in RTG, hybrid power, refreshment of rubber tires, frequency conversion application in portal crane, and overhead lights with energy saving are used. With an effective management, Shanghai Port benefits from effort in continuous work in energy saving, optimization of process, efficiency of operation and cost lowering. |
