| 摘 要： | 在分析了物流中心规划影响因素之后,构建了物流中心规划方案的评价指标体系。根据各评价指标特点,采用逐对比较法确定指标权重系数,提出运用灰色关联度分析法、关联矩阵法、模糊综合评判法对物流中心规划方案进行综合评价,并着重论述了其具体实施过程。结合某市物流中心规划方案实例评价分析,发现不同方法各有利弊,均能从不同角度对规划方案进行评价。结果表明,在物流中心规划中可采取多种评价方法综合评价,以避免采用单一评价方法评价带来的刚性,从而减少决策失误。
