电控柴油机智能诊断系统研发

摘    要:介绍了自主研发的电控柴油机智能诊断系统。通过和柴油机控制器间的可靠通信,智能诊断系统不仅可以读取电控系统相关故障码,而且可以控制柴油机运行特殊的测试工况,并基于专家系统对运行参数进行分析,实现对机械组件的诊断。系统结合了多传感器数据融合技术,提高了较复杂故障判别的可信度。

Abstract:This article presented the intelligent diagnostic system for electronic control diesel.Through the reliable communication with diesel control unit,intelligent system can not only read the diagnostic trouble codes relative to electronic control parts,but can order the diesel to run some special test modes,then analyze running parameters based on expert system to find out the problems of mechanical parts.For some more complicated problems,the intelligent diagnostic system adopts multiple sensors data fusion theory to raise the diagnostic reliability.
