| 摘 要： | 探讨我国发展以DIC0M3.0为基础的医学数字图像PACS结构化模式，按阶段化方向发展、模块化层次结构设计的原则，进行系统设计．以数字图像处理为例，成功地实现了数字图像在局城网上异地处理和传送．本文中的结果表明，在我国发展数字化医院影像系统是可行的．

| Abstract: | The structural modes of the picture archiving and communication system (PACS) of medical images based on the DICOM3.0 standard are discussed. The design of the system is based on the principles of phase development and stratified structure. As an example, the processing of digital images is performed at different network stations. The research shows the feasibility of development of PACS in China. |
