摘    要:根据铁路集装箱中心站大门口卡车到达和接受服务的不确定性特性,将传统的排队系统与模糊集理论结合,提出基于模糊排队模型的集装箱中心站大门优化设计方法,并通过算例验证该方法的可行性和有效性,从而说明排队理论可以扩展到模糊领域,使其更具有现实意义.

Abstract:Due to the uncertainty of truck arrival and service receiving at the gate of central railway container station,the paper combines the traditional lining-up system with the fuzzy set theory,and proposes the optimization design method for the gate of central container station based on the fuzzy lining-up model.The method is proven feasible and effective through examples,which indicates that the lining- up theory can be extended to the fuzzy field and will be of more practical significance.
