米非司酮对早孕绒毛组织EGFR、C-myc蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的 观察米非司酮对早孕绒毛组织表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)、C myc蛋白表达的影响 ,探讨米非司酮的作用机制。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法 ,对 30例人工流产早孕妇女和 30例服用米非司酮药物流产的早孕妇女的绒毛组织EGFR、C myc蛋白的表达进行检测。 结果 EGFR在药物流产组的表达强度较人工流产组为弱 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。C myc蛋白在药物流产组与人工流产组的表达强度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 米非司酮可能通过抑制早孕绒毛组织EGFR的表达 ,促使妊娠终止。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone on the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and cell myelocytosis (C myc) protein in trophoblast cells in early pregnancy. Methods Thirty chrionic villi in early gestational stage were obtained from artificial abortion and 30 chrionic villi in early gestational stage were obtained from mifepristone induced abortion. EGFR expression and C myc protein expression in the trophoblast cells in early gestational stage were localized by immunohistochemical method (SP). Results The expression of EGFR in the trophoblast cells in medical abortion group was significantly lower than that in artificial abortion group ( P <0.01). No difference was found in C myc protein expression between mifepristone induced abortion group and artificial abortion group ( P >0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone may interfere with pregnancy by inhibiting the expression of EGFR in trophoblast cells in early gestational stage.
