摘    要:船舶螺旋桨和舵叶长期在泥沙含量大的水中运转会发生诸如腐蚀、磨损和断裂等故障,因而需要定期进行维修和更换作业。船舶坞修工期长且成本高,不利于提高船舶的运营效率。常规工程趸船易受风浪影响,其吊梢作业安全系数偏低。基于高效、安全和低成本的基本思想,研究设计了一种新型的双体浮吊趸船专用于进行船舶螺旋桨维修作业,详细论述了该船的基本结构、技术参数和材料选型等主要内容,并对实船运行情况进行了评估。该项新技术在行业内具有显著的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The screw propeller and rudder blade need to be maintained and renewed after a long operating period in the river water, as the sediment particle of high concentration leads to the mechanical failure, such as corrosion, wear and breakage. The maintain service located in shipyard is not conductive for improving the operation efficiency of ship due to its long period and high cost, when waves reduce the security coefficient of construction work that utilizes conventional floating crane. Based on the principle of efficiency, safety and low cost, an innovative pontoon catamaran with floating crane is designed for maintaining the propeller and rudder blade. The fundamental structure, technical parameters and material selection are all illustrated in detail, followed by the utilization evaluation. This new technology is applicable for widespread use in shipping industry according to the evaluation on practical application.
