中间轴承流体润滑性能分析

摘    要:中间轴承是船舶轴系主要支承单元,其运行性能直接影响到船舶动力推进系统性能的优劣。文中以流体润滑理论为基础,建立中间轴承三维流体润滑数值分析模型。采用有限差分法求解Reynolds方程,获得了油膜厚度、摩擦力、摩擦系数及摩擦功耗等润滑性能参数。对比分析了不同转速工况及润滑油温度对中间轴承润滑性能的影响,完成了中间轴承运行性能的评价。

Analyze the Lubrication Performance of a Compact and Large Specific Pressure Intermediate Bearing
Abstract:As an important supporting unit for ship shafting, the lubrication performance of intermediate bearing has effect on the dynamic performance of ship propulsion system. In the paper, basing on the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication, a three-dimensional lubrication model has been presented to analyze the performance characteristics of intermediate bearing. The average Reynolds equation is solved by the finite difference method. The parameters of lubrication performance, such as oil film thickness, friction force, friction coefficient and friction power loss are determined to analyze the lubrication performances of intermediate bearing. The performance characteristics of intermediate bearing are compared with different speed and lubricant temperature.
