高压液控截止阀的设计

摘    要:利用密封比压理论,验算了高压液控截止阀锥面密封的结构设计和具体参数,为关键件钛合金弹簧的设计提供了理论数据,同时阐述了该产品设计过程中应注意的问题,并给出了完整的解决方案,可供同行借鉴.

Abstract:By means of the sealed pressure ratio theory, this paper has verified the structure design and specifie parameters of cone-shaped surface seal of the high pressure fluid-controlled cut-off valve., and provided the data for the design of its pivotal part i. e. Titanium alloy spring. In addition, it has presented some questions which must be paid attention to during the design of this product and given its rounded resolutions, which could be used for references for craft brothers.
