基于AUTODESK INVENTOR和ANSYS WORKBENCH的水工闸门底座计算分析

摘    要:利用AUTODESK INVENTOR和ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对某大型水工闸门的底座结构进行分析,计算了结构在开启和关闭过程中产生的应力和应变,从而验证所设计的底座结构能够满足系统的刚/强度指标要求,为水工闸门底座设计提供有益的参考。

Abstract:The finite element model is established and analyzed by using AUTODESK INVENTOR and ANSYS WORKBENCH,by which the strain and stress of the base during opening and closing are calculated.The results indicate that the stiffness and stress of the base of the hydraulic gate are reasonable,thus it provides a valuable reference for design of hydraulic gate's base.
