机车抱轴箱疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的可靠性研究

摘    要:在实测应力谱的基础上,按照断裂力学方法计算了抱轴箱裂纹扩展寿命,并建立其可靠性分析模型。依据可靠性理论,采用蒙特卡罗方法,分析了机车运行不同公里数所对应的抱轴箱破坏概率。可以看出文中计算得出的抱轴箱裂纹扩展寿命与可靠性分析结果是对应的,此结果可作为控制抱轴箱质量和预测寿命的依据。

Abstract:On the basis of dynamic spectrum,the propagation life of Axial Suspending Tube has been calculated by mechanics fracture method,and the reliability analysis model has been set up.The breaking-down probability corresponding different kilometers has been calculated by Mentocarlo method according to reliability theory.The propagation life is in accordance with the breaking-down probability,which provides the basis for controlling the Axial Suspending Tube quality and forecasting fatigue life.
