丝裂霉素C动脉灌注对血管形态改变的研究

摘    要:本实验采用剂量0.5mg/2ml及1.0mg/2ml的抗癌药丝裂霉素C对家兔颈外动脉行一次性灌注,于灌注后1、3、7d分别进行光镜及透射电镜检查。实验结果表明:颈外动脉内灌注MMC可造成该动脉系统不同分段的不同程度的损伤。光镜下动脉的损伤以内膜破坏性改变为特征;亚微结构的改变呈现ECs脱落、内膜通透性增高及血栓形成。

Abstract:Anti-cancer drug, Mitomycin C (MMC), single dose of 0. 5mg/2ml or 1. 0mg/2ml, was directly infused into the external carotid artery of the rabbit. Morphological alterations in the infused artery were examined by light and electron microscopy at different times in one week after infu-sion. A brokenness of intimal layer and the damage in different sites in infused-arteries were visualized. Electron microscopy showed a loss of endothelial cells, an increase in the permeability of the intimal layer and the appearance of thrombi.
