| 摘 要： | 在道路交通量日益增大、车辆大型化且严重超载成为我国当代高速公路交通明显特征的同时，也给高速公路养护提出了新要求：建设是发展，养护也是发展。养护机械化是提高高速公路养护作业质量、速度和效率的重要手段，是实现传统养护方式向现代养护方式转变的物质基础。因而改革高速公路养护的组织形式，加快养护机械化进程，是高速公路事业发展的客观要求。 |
