长江口航道信息平台建设和后续开发设想

自徐六泾节点以下长江口水深-20 m等深线约4 500 km2范围内,蕴藏着丰富航运和岸线资源。该区域未来的合理开发和利用已被有识之士所看好。如何深入了解长江口这一世界特大多沙河口的演变,如何保护和合理开发航道及岸线资源,如何将大量收集到的该区域水文及水下地形信息加以整编为科研、规划、建设、维护及管理服务。2010年完成的"长江口航道信息平台"将逐步发挥其综合作用。该文简介该平台功能和原理,以及用途。同时为该平台建成后的下一步开发提出了初步设想。

Idea for Building and Following Development of Changjiang River Estuary Channel Information Platform

There are the abundant shipping and river line resources within the range of more than 4 500 km 2 of the water depth-20 m at Changjiang River Estuary from the node of Xuliujing.The future reasonable development and utilization of this area has been confirmed by the people with breadth of vision.How to further understand the evolvement of this extra-large sandy estuary of Changjiang River in the world,how to protect and reasonably develop the channel and river line resources and how to collect a great lot of hydrological and underwater topographic information of this area to compile are to serve the scientific research,planning,construction,maintenance and management.The "Changjiang River Estuary Channel Information Platform"completed in 2010 will gradually play its comprehensive role.The article briefly introduces the function,principle and purpose of this platform,and puts forward the preliminary idea for the following development of this platform after completion.
