沥青混合料摊铺碾压温度场模拟分析

摘    要:本文通过运用ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟了沥青混合料摊铺碾压后的温度变化情况,并结合京福高速公路徐州西绕城段试验路沥青混合料上面层摊铺时现场测试的数据,研究了沥青面层混合料在摊铺碾压过程中温度的变化情况,探讨了诸如大气温度、太阳辐射、风速等外界环境因素对混合料摊铺碾压时温度的影响关系,对指导现场施工、保证施工质量具有重要意义。

Simulation Analysis of Paving Temperature Field of Asphalt Pavement

Abstract:Combined with paving asphalt mixture at the top of the field test data in Xuzhou west Road of Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, the auther simulated the temperature changes ABAQUS finite element software and studied the temperature changes in discussed such as atmospheric temperature, solar radiation, wind speed and the temperature of asphalt pavement paving, which has great significance to after asphalt pavement paving by using the process of asphalt pavement paving, other external environmental factors on guarantee the construction quality.
