| 摘 要： | 等速万向节是发动机前置前驱动轿车的关键部件,目前广泛采用球笼式万向节,但其加工精度要求高,因而价格较高。环叉式万向节是一种高性能的新型等速万向节,而且易于加工,其两项主要技术指标:最大工作夹角αmax≥42°,最大转角差△φmax≤0°3',均达到了代表国际先进水平的球笼式万向节的水平。文中介绍了环叉式万向节的基本理论,并分析了其匀速性。
