The core of the project supervision is to promptly, accurately and effectively inspect, find and correct the man made faults that are aroused during the course of construction. This article discusses that the necessity of the countermeasures analysis during the work of supervising inspection is paid particular attention to, and a number of main points for enhancing the reasonableness and feasibility of supervising inspection are put forward.
