摘    要:分析了H1300型路面铣刨机的系统结构组成,以TMS320F2812芯片作为主控制器,设计了铣刨机的数据采集和控制模块,并以行走、转向控制模块为例,对该模块的硬件和软件进行详细设计。试验证明,该控制方案能够满足铣刨机操作的性能指标。

Abstract:The structural composition of electronic control system of H1300 type milling machine was analyzed; TMS320F2812 chip was applied as primary controller, and data acquisition and control modules were designed; specific design of hardware and software for those modules was conducted by taking the traveling module and control module as examples. The test shows that the control scheme can satisfy the needs for operation performance of milling machine.
