基于校企文化融合的高职校园文化建设现状与对策

文中简要论述了高职融入企业文化建设校园文化的重要意义，并通过对广州部分高职院校与企业进行调研，对当前高职校园文化的现状和存在问题作了梳理。在此基础上，对基于校企文化融合的高职校园文化建设提出对策，提出要加强对校企文化的研究，积极营造职业氛围，提高校园文化活动的科技与人文含量，打造校园文化品牌，将文化育人落到实处。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Campus Culture Building at Higher Vocational Colleges

This paper discusses the significance of integrating enterprise culture into the campus culture for higher vocational education, and presents the current situation of campus culture and problems through the investigation of some higher vocational colleges and enterprises at Guangzhou. On this basis, this paper puts forward some counter-measures, including emphasizing on the research of enterprise culture to create a professional atmosphere, improving the science and the humanities content of campus cultural activities, making the campus culture into brand activities to put the cultural education into practice.
