胶粉参数对橡胶沥青性能的影响

摘    要:汽车工业的飞速发展,造成了大量橡胶轮胎的废弃,而研磨后的胶粉却又是沥青改性中良好的外加剂。文中通过室内高速剪切搅拌的方法将不同目数的胶粉颗粒溶于70号的普通沥青中,并对改性后的橡胶沥青进行软化点等沥青三大指标的测试。得出结论:胶粉掺量为20%时,胶粉颗粒越细,则配制的橡胶沥青综合指标所表现出来的优势就越明显。

Abstract:The rapid development of automobile industry results a large number of discarded rubber tires. But the milled rubber powder is a good admixture of asphalt. The article puts the different meshes of rubber powder into the No.70 ordinary asphalt liquid by the high shear agitation method and then tested the three indicators of modified rubber asphalt. Finally, the article draws the conclusion that the particle of rubber powder is more smaller and the comprehensive indexes of rubber asphalt are more obvious when the content of rubber powder is 20%.
