| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的不断加快和城市辐射能力的增强，在旧城日益无法满足城市发展需求时，新城的开发建设便愈加显得重要。另一方面，轨道交通作为一种快速、大运量的交通方式，同时也表现出对于土地开发和城市空间的引导作用。在这样的背景下，出现了以轨道交通为导向进行新城建设，并且在站点地区形成了功能高度复合的建筑综合体。

| Abstract: | With the tact that our country course of urbanization ceaselessness accelerates strengthening with city radiation ability, the urban has no way to be satisfied with gradually when the city develops need, the new town exploitation builds appearing important just even more besides the old urban. Another aspect, rail transit is one kind of rapid and grand fortune amounts traffic way, shows at the same time also the guidance effect to land exploitation and urban space. Under such background, the synthesis carry out new town having built, and having formed in station area the highly compound complex of function to take rail transit as guiding has appeared. |
