| Abstract: | Technological resources and economic resources are apart in two systems,constructing U/I knowledge alliance will be the trends.In the university-enterprise knowledge alliance,cooperative innovation process is affected by many factors.From the cooperative innovation mechanism of U/I knowledge alliance,in virtue of the thought of Cobb-Douglas,the mode of cooperative innovation feat in university-enterprise knowledge alliance were also put forward. |
