摘    要:CRH3型动车组在武广客运专线运营已3年有余,随着高速动车组运行里程的增长,持续运营时间的增加,线路工况复杂程度的增大,车外部件承受着越来越严峻的载荷,一些部件结构的薄弱点逐渐暴露出来。同时由于维护工作存在一些不恰当的操作,造成了部分部件的损坏。以CRH3型动车组裙板安全挂钩为例,对在运营、维护中出现的断裂故障进行了描述和原因分析,根据有限元分析计算结果制定了结构改进措施和维护建议。

Abstract:CRH3 EMUs have been operated more than 3 years in Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line. With the increase of running mileage, sustained operation time and line condition complexity, the exterior components have suffered increasingly severe load, and the structure of some components has gradually exposed weak points. At the same time, some components are damaged due to tile improper operation of maintenance work. Taking the skirt-board safety hook of CRH3 EMU as example, this paper describes tile rupture fauhs during operalion and maintenance, analyzes the fault reason, and formulates the structure improvement measures and mainenance pro posal according to the calculation results of finite-element analysis.
