高速动车组齿轮箱加载试验及故障诊断研究

摘    要:对某动车组齿轮箱进行了加载试验,分析了齿轮箱振动特性及其影响因素,并对齿轮箱试验过程中出现的故障进行了诊断研究。试验结果表明,随着转速的增加,齿轮箱各位置振动速度有效值呈增大趋势;随着扭矩的增加,齿轮箱振动速度有效值呈减小趋势;试验台组装中各相邻两轴的对中误差时试验过程中齿轮箱的振动有很大的影响,可能引发齿轮箱故障产生。

Abstract:Load test of the gearbox for EMU is conducted, the vibration characteristics of the gearbox and their influence factors arc analyzed, and the failures occurred during the gearbox test are diagnosed. Test results indicate that the effective value of the vibration speed at each location of the gearbox shows a tendency of increase with rotating speed, while the effective value of vibration speed of the gearbox has a tendency of decrease with the increase of torque; the aligning error of each pair of adjacent shafts arose out of the assembly of the test bench has a strong influence on the gearbox vibration during the test and might lead to a gearbox failure.
