| 摘 要： | 随着我国农村公路建设规模迅速扩大，如何充分利用有限的资金，合理确定建设标准，在满足实际需求的同时使投资效益最大化尤为重要。借鉴国外从服务功能出发分类管理的理念，结合河南省现场调查与分析的结果，对农村公路分类管理进行探索，有益于农村公路建设的科学发展。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of rural highway, it＇s very important for limited investment to reach a maximum use and establish reasonable construction standards when meeting the actual demands. According to surveying and analyzing in Henan province, it is beneficial to the scientific development of rural road construction to explore the management of rural highway from services and functions using foreign services starting from the concept of category management. |
