基于LabVIEW的轿车制动钳支架变形试验台的设计

摘    要:制动钳支架变形试验台能模拟刹车时制动钳支架的受力变形,为制动钳支架的改进和设计提供必要的数据。文章介绍了轿车盘式制动器制动钳支架变形试验台的设计过程,试验台是以ATE(Automatic Test Equipment)为标准设计,通过对上位机的控制可以实现对整个液压系统的自动控制。阐述了试验台的液压系统设计和软件设计,指出利用LabVIEW的LabSQL数据库访问工具包实现对数据库的访问,充分利用了现有的资源,可实现数据库的实时操作。

Distortion Testing of Car Brake Bracket Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:The brake bracket distortion testing rig can simulate the distortion of the brake bracket when car brakes and can provide necessary data for the improvement and design of the brake bracket. This paper introduces the design process of disc brake bracket distortion testing rig, which is designed in the standard of ATE (Automatic Testing Equipment). By controlling the PC, the automatic manipulation of the whole hydraulic system can be realized. This paper explores two aspects of hydraulic system and software design in details, pointing out that the accessing of data base can be realized by using the data base accessing tool of LabVIEW labSQL,which can bring existing resources into full play and enable the instant manipulation of data base.
