摘    要:车用催化转化器的起燃特性对满足日益严格的排放法规是至关重要的。对起燃特性评价试验中常用的起燃温度法和不常用的起燃时间法进行了对比分析,认为催化器与发动机或整车的匹配优化中应更注重使用后者。

A Research on Light-off Performance and Test Method of Automotive Catalytic Converter
Abstract:The light-off performance of automotive catalytic converters is very important for the stringent vehicle emission regulation. A comparative analysis is carried out between common light-off temperature method and uncommon light-off time method for evaluating the light-off performance. It is held that the latter is more significant when catalytic converters are to match optimally with engines or vehicles. Based on the ECE15 test mode, a light-off time evaluation approach for engine bench testing is presented and the test results were compared with that by light-off temperature method, which shows that the simulation test method proposed is reasonable and feasible.
