摘    要:目前我国城市轨道交通建设存在投资额巨大、造价普遍偏高等问题。为提高城市轨道交通项目的投资控制水平,此文在投资控制的关键阶段,即设计阶段引入WBS理论,以《城市轨道交通工程设计概预算编制办法》为依据,将城市轨道交通项目概算编制单元逐一分解,最终建立WBS树状结构模型。通过构建WBS模型找到城市轨道交通项目投资控制的关键点,并针对这些关键点提出相应的投资控制方法,以期提高投资控制水平。
