| 摘 要： | 由于大规模铁路建设的需要,铁路建设项目即将全面进入施工图招标阶段。此文从初步设计阶段施工招标对项目实施阶段的影响分析入手,论述招标工程量清单及报价、执行施工总价承包合同和变更设计3方面对投资控制的影响及推行施工图招标的意义,并对实行施工图招标尚需解决的问题提出相应建议,以期提高投资控制水平。
