克山病病区粮对大白鼠心肌细胞呼吸及某些酶活性的影响

摘    要:1.本文叙述了心肌碎片丙酮酸脱氢酶系和心肌细胞呼吸测定法。2.克山病病区粮组大白鼠丙酮酸脱氢酶系活性明显低于加组硒和西安组。3.克山病病区粮组大白鼠心肌细胞耗氧量较加硒组减低。4.简述了硒在克山病发病学上的可能意义。


Effect of diet in keshan Disease area on myocardial cell respiration and some enzymes of rats
Abstract:The myocardial cell respiration and the activity of pyruvic acid dehydrogenase system and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in blood weredetermined in rats fed by deficient selenium (Se) diet, supplement Se dietand Xian diet. The absorbed oxygen value of myocardial cell respirationwas 52. 5 ± 3. 78, 69. 75 ± 5. 34, 77. 63 ± 4. 38 O μl/40min/100mg myocardium(mean ± SE ) in deficient Se group, supplement group, and xian group, re-spectively. The difference between deficient Se group and supplement Segroup or Xian group was significant (P<0. 05) The activity of myocardialpyruvic acid dehydrogenase system was 82. 86 ± 4. 00, 124. 54 ± 4. 26, 107. 26 ±5. 82 O μl/40min/100mg myocardium in the three grous respectively. The differe-nce between dificient Se group and supplement Se group or Xian groupwas significant (P<0. 005, P<0. 001). The activity of GSH-px in blood was11. 84 ± 2. 25, 34. 39 ± 3. 68, 33. 05 ± 4. 84 unit, respectively. The difference wasvery significant too(P<0. 005). The results ow that selenium could increase the myocardial cell respiration and the activity of myocardial pyruvic aciddehydrogenase system and GSH-px which may reduce the peroxides to, withprotect ing the membrane system of cell.
