| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PD-1基因多态性在西安地区汉族人中的分布及与自身免疫性甲状腺病(AITD)的关系。方法应用PCR-RFLP方法检测127例健康人、125例Graves病(GD)患者、117例桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)患者PD-1基因三个单核甘酸多态性位点PD-1.1、PD-1.3、PD-1.5的基因型。结果发现西安地区汉族人PD-1.3位点不存在多态性;健康人、GD患者与HT患者PD-1.1、PD-1.5基因型、等位基因频率无显著性差异。结论PD-1.1、PD-1.3和PD-1.5基因型不能作为PD-1基因与AITD相关的遗传标志。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association of PD-1 gene polymorphism with autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD) in Han Chinese in Xi'an.Methods Three single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) PD-1.1,PD-1.3 and PD-1.5 were genotyped by PCR-RFLP in 127 healthy persons,125 Graves disease patients and 112 Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients.Results PD-1.3 was nonpolymorphism in Xi'an Han Chinese.There were no differences in distribution and frequency of PD-1.1,PD-1.5 genotypes and alleles between healthy persons and AITD patients.Conclusion Our result suggest that PD-1 gene polymorphism is not associated with AITD. |
