| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国船舶安全检查规则》（2009）已于2010年3月1日起开始实施,该规则的实施,对于全面提高我国的船舶安全检查水平,促进营运船舶的安全技术状况改进有着重要意义。文中首先对其进行了简单的解读,接着分析了在其实施过程中可能会遇到的一些问题,最后给出了相应的解决对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The Rules for Ship Safety Inspection of the People＇s Republic of China （2009） have been effective since March 1st, 2010. The implementation of the Rules will raise our ship safety inspection level and contribute to the safe operation of ships. This paper, firstly provides a detailed interprelafion of the Rules, then analyzes some problems which may be encountered in imple- mentation and finally puts forward some corresponding counter- measures and suggestions. |
