用子宫内膜中PCNA标记细胞探讨人与小鼠子宫内膜细胞增殖的差异

因良性疾患行手术摘除的人子宫内膜标本40例，将子宫标本分成8个期。BDF1雌性小鼠50只，分成5个期。用免疫组织化学法进行子宫内膜增殖细胞核抗原（Proliferatingcellnudearantigen，PCNA）染色反应。结果人子宫内膜PCNA标记细胞在增殖初期腺上皮细胞（40％）和增殖中期子宫内膜中部（48％）较多，表面上皮PCNA标记细胞很少。而小鼠动情期PCNA标记细胞（22％）最多，并主要分布在表面上皮（60％）。提示人与小鼠子宫内膜细胞的增殖时间与增殖部位有明显差异。此实验将丰富不同种属间子宫内膜增殖差异的基础理论研究。

THE STUDY OF DIFFERENCE OF PCNA LABELLED CELL INDEXES BETWEEN ENDOMETRIA OF HUMAN AND MOUSE

40 human endometrial tissues of benign diseases were divided into 8 groups (phases),and 50 BDF1 mousy endometrial tissues were divided into 5 groups (phases ). Immunohistochemical staining was performed to show the PCNA(proliferatingcell nuclear antigen) positive cell. In human, the results suggested that the PCNA labelled index was the highest in glandular epithelium (40% ) of early of mid-proliferative phase. The PCNA labelled index was low in superficial epithelium. But in mouse, the results suggested that the PCNA labelled index was the highest (22 % ) in endometrium of estrus and the labelled cells were distributed mainly in superficial epithelium (60% ). The results suggested that times and positions of cellular proliferation in endometrial tissues of human and mouse differed greatly.
