| 摘 要： | 基于先进的工业计算机技术和高可靠性的集成信号调理模块,以摆动气缸作为执行元件的汽车座椅调角器扭矩在线检测台能够准确检测出调角器的调节扭矩。同时,基于VB语言编写的操作控制软件和SPC功能,能够使调角器的检测和质量控制简单易行。

| Abstract: | Based on advanced industry computer and high reliability integration singnal conditional modules,the on-line torque measurement facility of backrest angle adjuster,which drived by a swing cylinder,could test the torque and modulate angle accurately. Simultaneously,the operation software and SPC(statistic process control)function based on VB could make the inspection and quality control easy. |
