机制砂混凝土在C50预制T梁中的应用研究

摘    要:依托实际工程,使用机制砂进行了C50T梁混凝土的配合比设计,并通过静载试验检测了机制砂混凝土T梁的力学性能。研究结果表明,通过控制原材料质量和配合比优化,使用机制砂完全可以配制出性能优良的T梁混凝土,且机制砂混凝土T梁的结构受力满足设计要求,在所施加载荷作用下始终处于弹性工作范围,具有较高的载荷和抗变形性能。

Abstract:Relying on practical project,manufactured sand has been applied for the mix design of C50 T beam concrete and the mechanical performance of manufactured sand concrete T beam(MSTB) has also been detected by means of static load test.The results indicate that T beam concrete can be successfully produced using manufactured sand by quality control of raw material as well as optimization of concrete mix.Meanwhile,structural stress of MSTB has fulfilled the design requirement and it has been within flexible working range under the imposed load,which confirms that MSTB has higher ability of load and deformation resistance.
