无锡轨道交通开通后地面公交系统调整策略

摘    要:国内大城市相继开始引入轨道交通系统来缓解交通拥堵问题,并引导城市空间合理发展。在轨道交通开通后,对地面公交系统进行调整,加强两者衔接,形成多模式协同的公交系统具有重要意义。以无锡为例,通过对地面公交发展特征和轨道沿线地面公交资源情况的梳理,提出了地面公交发展的机遇和挑战,以及地面公交系统调整目标,并从系统整合、网络融合、设施提升和运营协调四方面进行调整对策的探索研究,可为同类城市进行相关规划和实践工作提供参考。

Abstract:Urban Rail Transit (URT) has been accepted by numerous cities to ease the problem of traffic congestion and create opportunities for expansion of the urban space. After the opening of rail transit, optimizing the bus system and strengthening the relationship between bus and metro are of important significance to develop multimode public transport system. Taking Wuxi as an example, the opportunities and challenges for bus development were put forward, based on the analysis of characteristics of bus and its facilities along the metro lines. After the adjustment goal was proposed, the strategy was put forward from four aspects, which were system integration, network integration, facilities promotion, operational coordination. The article could provide a reference for similar cities in planning practice.
