激光全息扫描技术在隧道病害调查中的应用

摘    要:隧道状态评价的信息依据主要有内部病害、表面现象及几何信息等方面。简要介绍了隧道病害调查的内容及常规检测方法,并引入GRP5000隧道衬砌激光全息扫描系统。以渝利铁路为实例,介绍了GRP5000系统的原理及方法,研究表明其能从根本上满足隧道表面信息获取的要求,为新建或运营隧道提供直观、高精的健康档案。

Abstract:The main bases of tunnel state evaluation are internal diseases, surface phenomena, geometric information and so on. The article briefly introduces the contents of tunnel disease investigation and conventional detection methods, as well as the GRP5000 tunnel lining holographic laser scanning system. Taking Chongqing-Lichuan Railway as an instance, the article introduces the principle and method of GRP5000 system. Through the research, it is shown that GRP5000 system can fundamentally meet the tunnel surface information acquisition requirements, and provide intuitive health records with high precision for new or old tunnels.
