机车轴承故障诊断与预测系统

摘    要:提出基于状态修而研发的机车轴承故障诊断系统。描述系统是通过监测振动和温度信号来对机车走行部轴承进行早期诊断和预警,而且从多个角度同时跟踪几个特征参数,量化轴承故障随时间的发展来预测轴承寿命,引入灰色预测模型故障预报理论。试运行表明:系统先进可靠,能满足机车轴承故障诊断的需求。

Abstract:A locomotive bearing fault diagnosis system is developed, diagnosis and warning at early stage is done to the running gear bearings via monitor of vibration and temperature signals. Several characteristic parameters are tracked from various angles to quantify the bearing faults as time goes by so as to forecast the bearing lifetime. The fault warning theory is introduced with grey prediction model. Trial operation shows the system is advanced and reliable, meeting the requirement for locomotive bearing fault diagnosis.
