桑塔纳2000型轿车侧框冲压成形过程的仿真与试验研究

摘    要:本文用仿真分析与试验分析的方法研究桑塔纳2000型轿车侧框的拉延成形过程。通过对仿真计算和实冲得到的侧框坯料拉延后工程应变的比较,评价了车身覆盖件冲压成形仿真建模的合理性和仿真结果的准确率及可信度。仿真和实冲都预示,拉延后侧框在几个拐角处应变明显集中,接近局部颈缩,可能在后续工序中出颈缩甚至破裂。针对这种情况从成形极限图上讨论了可能的工艺改进方案。

Simulation and Experimental Research on Stamping Forming Process of Santana 2000''s Sideframe
Abstract:The stamping process of Santana 2000's sideframe is studied by simulating and experimental stamping in this paper. The validity of modeling, the accuracy and reliability of simulation results for stamping forming processes of autobody panels, are assessed by comparing the simulating and measuring engineering strains after stamping. Both the simulating and experimental stamping predict that the strain distributions are sharply concentrated in several corner areas after stamping, as might cause localized necking or cracking in next processes. The improving processes are proposed based on the Forming Limit Diagram (FLD) analysis.
