摘    要:本文提出一种改善五气门电控气道喷射汽油机稀薄燃烧的新方案-组合喷射稀薄燃烧,并对影响稀燃性能和排放的因素进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,两个喷油器的喷油量和喷油定时对油耗和 明显的影响。采用组合喷射稀薄混合气燃烧与采用单进气道喷射相比,在部分负荷时的排放和油耗都有明显的改善。

A New Solution to Five-valve Lean-burn S. I. Engine
Abstract:A novel lean burn concept, "Union Injection Lean Burn" for the five-intake-valve engine is proposed in the paper. Experiments were conducted to ascertain its influence on engine performance and emission. The experiment results show that the injection pulse width and timing of both injectors have obvious effect on fuel consumption and emission. By adopting the new concept, both fuel consumption and emission at partial load can be improved, compared with single injector design.
