空调轿车室内热微环境的数值模拟与实验研究

摘    要:本文建立了空调轿车室内空气流动及其与车身耦合传热的数学模型,采用浮力修正的k-ε方程和粗造壁面的对数壁面函数法则结合的方法描述车室内空气紊流运动,通过对非正交坐标下节点离散方程的耦合关系分析求解,对多种车型轿车室内热微环境进行了数值计算与环境模拟试验,利用试验结果验证了理论模型的可靠性。

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of the Temperature Field and Air Flow inside the Air-conditioned Passenger Compartment
Abstract:A mathematical model of 3D air flow and heat transfer of the air in conjunction with car body inside the air-conditioned passenger compartment is established. Air flow is characterized by the k-? model with wall function of rough wall. Different numerical methods are applied according to the interconnection features between variable and the computational region. The temperature field and air flow in several different types of sedan are simulated and measured in the environment simulation experiments. The reliability and the generality of the software are well tested.
